The Lovely Hour: Spring Reset

Crocuses and snow by Alexandra Vo

It’s officially spring season! And while the weather may be super unpredictable, there’s an unmistakable energy rising, a waking up to the Light. This seems the perfect time to reconnect with our inspiration, to reset and reground before things really get moving, and to ensure our energy is flowing in the right direction. What dream were you dreaming in winter or at the New Year? What’s lighting you up right now? Where do you see yourself by the summer season and beyond? Let’s talk about it!

During this month’s Lovely Hour, we’ll do just that, with fun activities, prompts, and opportunities to share, laugh, swap stories, and inspire each other. As always, gatherings are casual, food and/or beverages are welcome, and you’ll be scolded for too much makeup! Lol! 😉

Before the meeting, here’s your tiny, but mighty mission for this month: Take 2 minutes and read this brief and beautiful selection - “The Summer Day” by Mary Oliver - and a few minutes more to let it land and think about what it means to you. The poem is a lovely invitation to imagine who we want to be in summer and beyond, thereby framing our spring reset discussion nicely. That’s it!
